This procedure, supervised by the Commercial Court, aims to provide a protective framework for organizing the company's takeover, maintaining jobs and continuing commitments to customers, partners and beneficiaries.

Fonto de vivo will continue to operate during the procedure, and remains mobilized around its mission: to give everyone the power to be resilient in the face of the global water crisis.
