Refund policy

The conditions for returns are specified in the General Terms and Conditions. If you wish to make a return, the products must absolutely be returned in the condition in which they were at the time of receipt and in the original packaging. The products must not have suffered any depreciation, have not been soaked in water, damaged or deteriorated. Any product that has been damaged, deteriorated or soaked in water cannot be returned.
